Refund Policy

• Not happy with a paid subscription? Email [email protected] within 48 hours of your purchase, and we will refund you.
• You can get a refund only if you have used fewer than 500 credits. If SlidesAI does not fit your needs, stop before you use more.
• We cannot refund more than one month. If you do not plan to use SlidesAI, remember to cancel.

Legal Terms (End User License Agreement - EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and SlidesAI (Zesterv FZE LLC). governing your use of the SlidesAI Add-On.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SlidesAI for personal or business presentation creation, in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, modify, resell, or redistribute the Add-On. You may not use the Add-On/Add-in for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in SlidesAI remain with SlidesAI (Zesterv FZE LLC). This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, you must stop using the Add-On immediately.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

SlidesAI is provided "as is" without any warranty. We make no guarantees about performance or results.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Add-On/Add-in.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
